Lingtam is a village placed in Rongli Block of East Sikkim district in Sikkim. Positioned in rural area of East Sikkim district of Sikkim. The small village of Lingtam of surrounded with peaceful environment with a sparkling weather guarded by a small river called Bakhuter Khola. Situated at an altitude of around 3500 feet, Lingtum has two monasteries and is surrounded by hills on all sides.
The life is town of Lingtam is simple and peace, what make the village stand apart from the rest is slowness and calmness of life. It is the gateway to the old silk route that connected India, Tibet and China.

I tried Rishikhola best ever all excellent. The food the staff we all enjoyed a lot. The road is little scary but after reaching Banalata......amazing.We are planning to visit again.
